The Journey
This is a very rich moment of my life and I take the opportunity to share it here with you. A couple of months ago I celebrated my 57th birthday very close to my wife and kids in a difficult pandemic scenario that is stimulating all of us to rethink our priorities.
I also celebrated 35 years of an intense professional career that started in early 1985 at The Dow Chemical Co. Along these years I had the opportunity to live beautiful learning experiences, participate in the leadership of great companies, besides Dow, such as Fosfértil, Rio Polímeros, Quattor, Braskem, Univar and Air Products. Above all, I have met amazing people with whom I’ve experienced great achievements and also difficult challenges. These people had paramount influence in my life journey so far. By the way life is always about people and about learning.
Bringing with me all this accumulated knowledge and thanks to a kind invitation from Luís Mendonça, a new phase of my life begins with the birth of DSI Partners Consulting, a company that I am proud to be co-founder and responsible to lead its Consulting Business unit.
